I bought a 5 meter extension socket but when I got home I realised I needed a 6 meter one ,I couldn't find my receipt anywhere but stupidly thought this wouldn't be a problem as I didn't want a refund just a swap for a bigger size and of course pay extra. But no the manager was unsympathetic and stated it didn't matter that I didn't want a refund it's policy no receipt tough luck I couldn't believe my ears I have never ever uncounted this before in any shop as I said I will never shop there again.
